Kevin P. Sullivan, Esq.
Kevin P. Sullivan is one of the founding members of Salsbury Sullivan, LLC. Kevin’s practice focuses on representing individuals who have suffered severe tragedy in their lives. A majority of these cases involve complex medical malpractice, catastrophic personal injury, suicide, and sexual abuse.
In the years since Salsbury Sullivan opened its doors, Kevin has successfully tried cases throughout the state of Maryland and has obtained verdicts and settlements in the tens of millions of dollars for his clients.
Prior to forming Salsbury Sullivan, Kevin was a partner at the law firm of Gallagher Evelius & Jones LLP in Baltimore. Kevin started at Gallagher in 2003 and worked there until 2015. Kevin served as lead counsel on several jury trials and numerous judge trials and arbitrations during his time at Gallagher.
Kevin graduated from the University of Maryland Frances King Carey School of Law in 2003. While in law school, Kevin won the prestigious Myerowitz Award as the best oral advocate in his class. He was also part of the National Moot Court Team. Since 2008, Kevin has served as an adjunct law professor at his alma mater where he teaches a class on civil litigation.
Kevin has been involved with several non-profit institutions over the years and continues to support The Collegebound Foundation and The Public Justice Center.
Kevin lives in Severna Park, Maryland with his wife and three daughters (and his Bernadoodle, Princess Leia).
